afineossuary replied to your post: yes I am going to have to second the suggestion that you purchase WnW’s white eyeliner. it’s like $1, I use it practically everyday on my waterline, it’s p. good, it would work well on your lips, and you really can’t have an ice queen look without a stark white liner anyway.
Milk is too creamy/greasy to stay on yr lips. i like just tried it and got bummed out.
i like how impressively knowledgable you are about makeup
