this is from “an herbal medicine-making primer" (link to free pdf!) it’s pretty silly as almost everything on zinelibrary.info is—like the thesis is basically "learn to heal yourself with herbs because you will totally need it in the inevitable anarchist-primitivist revolution" which, ??, but actually the rest of the zine is simple adaptable instructions for how to make like syrups and salves and tinctures, etc etc 
anyway the way it’s written is really appealing to me, especially this passage. it’s like the best recipe i’ve ever seen. “here’s a bunch of options if this happens, or if this happens, or if this” it’s like poetry
